Thank you for your interest in Brightmetrics Reporting and Analytics for Zoom. Brightmetrics makes it easy to get information to the people who need it in the format that makes the most sense for them. Brightmetrics is a secure, web-based service — all that is needed is a web browser, a username, and a password. Brightmetrics offers powerful report scheduling and real-time dashboards for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center.
Before following this guide, Brightmetrics will need to enable the Beta subscription on your account. During the Beta period, registration is not available through the Brightmetrics website or the Zoom App Marketplace.
Required Permissions
You will need Admin credentials within your Zoom account to complete the installation process.
Installation Steps

Log in to your Brightmetrics account at app.brightmetrics.com.

Navigate to Admin >> Data Sources.

Click Add Data Source.

In the pop-up, leave the Setup as Automatic and click Next. You'll see a pop-up showing diagnostics are being run.

Once diagnostics are complete, you'll see a message to authenticate. Click Authenticate.
ImportantUpon clicking Authenticate, you will be redirected to the Zoom login page. If you are not redirected, make sure no pop-up blockers are preventing you from proceeding.

Enter your Zoom credentials (you must be an Admin) and click Sign In.

A pop-up asking you to grant Brightmetrics access to your Zoom data will appear. Click Allow.

You'll be directed back to Brightmetrics, where you'll see the diagnostics process completing, followed by a pop-up confirming everything was set up correctly. On the Data Sources page, the Task Status will show as "ready" or "scheduled."
NoteIf your Zoom account includes Zoom Contact Center, the Contact Center data sources will be configured automatically alongside your Zoom Phone data.
You've completed the installation process and will be able to build dashboards and reports once your data upload completes.
Workforce Management (WFM) Reporting
If your Zoom account is licensed for Workforce Management, you can enable WFM reporting during data source setup. This provides access to agent adherence data, including scheduled time, in-adherence time, and scheduling group breakdowns.
