When reviewing an agent’s evaluations, it can be helpful to view the complete comments left by either the evaluator or the agent. By default, Brightmetrics does not display the full comment section to keep reports concise and limit run time.
Viewing Truncated Comments
If you add the Agent Comment or Comment field to an Evaluation Detail report, you’ll notice that only a truncated version of the comments is displayed, like this:
Displaying Full Comments
To view the full comment in your report, follow these steps:
1. Expand Advanced Sorting Options: In the report settings, locate the “Advanced Sorting Options.”
2. Enable Full Text Display: Check the box next to Show full text for long text fields.
This will cause the full comment to display both in the browser and any exports or scheduled reports, as seen here:
