When reviewing an agent's evaluations, it can be helpful to view the complete comments left by either the evaluator or the agent. By default, Brightmetrics does not display the full comment section to keep reports concise and limit run time.
If you add the Agent Comment or Comment field to an Evaluation Detail report, you'll notice that only a truncated version of the comments is displayed:
To view the full comment in your report, follow these steps:

In the report settings, locate and expand Advanced Sorting Options. -

Check the box next to Show full text for long text fields.
The full comment will now display in the browser as well as in any exports or scheduled reports:
