If your organization uses attributes in your Participant Data, Brightmetrics supports it. You can define which Participant Attribute fields you would like to include as available data fields, values, and filters in your Detail Reports.
Follow the steps below to configure the necessary settings in Brightmetrics and map these fields for use in reporting.

Navigate to the Admin Tools section of Brightmetrics. -

Click the Data Customization tab. -

Select Custom Detail Dimensions on top. -

Click either of the green + icons to add a new Custom Detail Dimension.

In the window that appears, choose your data source (PureCloud), a data source instance (Sessions, Queues, Agent Activity, Evaluations, etc.), then click Okay.

Configure the following fields on the page that appears:
Choose an Attribute Select which attribute you would like added to Brightmetrics. Name Choose how the field will appear within your Brightmetrics Detail Reports. By default it matches the call profile field name in Genesys, but you can change it here if desired. Tooltip Enter a brief description of what this Custom Detail Dimension represents. When anyone hovers over the field while creating or editing a report, a popup will display this description. Hide If checked, this dimension will not be available when creating or editing reports. Useful during trial periods or to save a dimension for future use. -
