Now that you've been given access to your Brightmetrics account, you may be wondering what you have access to and what abilities you have to play with the data. This guide will walk you through what you may see when you login, in and how you can interact with that data from the reports page.
When you log in, you land on the dashboard page. To access reports shared with you, click on the Reports icon on the left side of the page:
On the reports page, you may see different reporting tabs at the top of the page. These are for the different modules and data sets. Within each tab, you'll see a list of reports which have been shared with you:
To access a report, simply click on the title. Once in the report, you can do the following:
- Add additional Filters to the report
- Change any of the existing filters in blue (those in gray are locked)
- Apply additional sorting options
- Collapse the filters band
- Click on the green + icon to drill into detail data is on a summary report, or access the cradle to grave if on a detail report
If on a detail report, you'll see each line is a separate call record. Click on a call to access the cradle to grave and see the call from start to finish:
At the top of the report, you'll see a couple of icons and 3 dots, which present additional options. These allow you to Send (email) the report, export the report out of Brightmetrics, open a Print Preview, or remove yourself from the report if you no longer want it listed on your Reports page:
*NOTE: If you remove yourself from a report, you cannot add yourself back to it; and Admin on the account has to add it back to your view.
