Creating a Dashboard Using Your Zoom Data

This article walks you through the process of creating a dashboard in Brightmetrics using Zoom data. Once built, you can share your dashboard with others, schedule it for delivery (summary dashboards only), and create a public link to display on a wallboard for your agents.

Note

Each dashboard is only viewable by you unless you share it with others through Permissions. You can create as many dashboards as needed. See Permission Levels on Reports and Dashboards for more details.

The first time you log in, a dashboard wizard will guide you through creating your first dashboard step by step. If you close the wizard or want to build additional dashboards, follow the steps below.

  1. 1

Click the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the Dashboard page.

  2. 2

    Click Create Dashboard.

  3. 3

In the pop-up, select a template or choose No Template to start with an empty dashboard. For this example, we'll select Contact Center Queue Performance.

    Note

If you select No Template, you will be building each chart on your dashboard individually.

  5. 5

Select the queue(s) you want to see data for.

    Note

If you select multiple queues, a separate dashboard tab will be created for each one.

Click Next. A summary of what you're about to create will appear.

If everything looks correct, click Create. Otherwise, click Back to update your selections.

Your page will refresh, and you'll land on your new dashboard in edit mode. The template pulls in a variety of charts showing overall queue stats, volume trends, abandoned rates, average queue times, agent metrics, and busy hours and weekdays.

In edit mode, click the trash can icon in the upper right corner of any chart to remove it if it's not relevant to your queue. You can also click the three dots on any chart to access the chart menu, which includes:

  • Chart Options — Edit the chart's date range, filters, colors, or values. Charts on templates typically default to a 30-day time range.
  • Download Options — Download the individual chart as a PDF, PNG, or SVG file.
  • Remove Chart — Delete the chart from the dashboard.
  • Copy To — Clone the chart to this or another dashboard for easy duplication and editing. See Copying or Cloning a Dashboard for more details.

When you're done making changes, click Save in the upper-right corner. To return to view mode, click the eye icon at the top of the dashboard.

Pro Tip

Drill through any chart to see the underlying data in a reporting table, access detailed data or cradle-to-grave records, or save it as a report. See How to Access Cradle-to-Grave from Reports and Dashboards for more details.
