Re-Enabling a Disabled User

Required Role/Permissions Level: Administrator

 

If there is a user on your account that has been disabled and you need to re-enable them so that they can login you'll want to follow the steps here below:

  1. Choose Admin Tools on the left sidebar menu
  2. Choose Users on top
  3. Click the dropdown menu and choose Disabled to view currently disabled users
  4. Choose the checkmark to enable them

Once you complete those steps they will now show in the active users list which you can review by clicking on the dropdown menu.
