Re-Enabling a Disabled User

Required Role/Permissions Level: Administrator

If there is a user on your account that has been disabled and you need to re-enable them so that they can log in, follow the steps below:

    Choose Admin Tools on the left sidebar menu.

    Choose Users on top.
  3. 3

    Click the dropdown menu and choose Disabled to view currently disabled users.
  4. 4

    Choose the checkmark to enable the user.

Once you complete those steps the user will appear in the active users list, which you can review by clicking the dropdown menu.
