Bulk User Importing

Required Subscriptions: MiVC & Brightmetrics Enterprise OR MiCC, Genesys

Required Permission Level: Company Admin

Bulk importing users is as simple as uploading a spreadsheet.  Choose admin tools and then the Users tab.  

1. Choose Admin Tools
2. Choose the Users tab on top
3. Choose the Import Users plus button
4. Choose our spreadsheet template option or CSV
5. Once your file is created using the directions in the template choose file and locate the file on your machine
6. Choose upload file
