In addition to filtering by Group Membership, you can filter your Real Time dashboard charts to show only agents who are currently logged into a configured group. This is especially useful in two scenarios:
- An agent is a member of both Group A and Group B but is only logged into Group A. You want that agent to appear only on Group A charts — and if they log out of Group A and into Group B, they should appear on Group B charts instead.
- An agent is a member of Group A but not Group B. Group B experiences a spike in call volume and the agent logs into Group B to help. Filtering by Group Membership would exclude them from Group B charts, but filtering by Agents Logged Into Group B would include them.
To add this filter to a Real Time chart, follow the same standard steps covered in our Create Chart tutorial video. Then:
-
1
In Chart Options, select Filters and click the pencil icon next to Group Logged Into.
-
2
In the Group Logged Into filter popup, select the group or groups you want and click Apply.

-
3
Click Apply in the Chart Options box and save your dashboard. Your chart will now show only agents currently logged into the selected group(s).
