Moving to a new Mitel platform and wondering what will be different in Brightmetrics reporting? This article details some of the differences you may notice on your move from MiVC to MiVB to help with that transition.
Brightmetrics will always provide as much reporting as possible for any platform we support, but what data is available will depend on the platform and the method used to retrieve the data.

Once set up, you'll notice some differences in the available report and dashboard templates. MiVB templates are built around ACD Paths, Users, and Groups, along with a few additional configuration reports.

Some field names may differ between platforms. Use our Data Source Definitions page with a keyword search to find values you're used to seeing in MiVC and how they may appear in MiVB reporting.
