The Call Handling Modes Report in the Reports Config section lets you see user configuration for all call handling modes at the assigned extensions. Use Brightmetrics' powerful filtering features to drill into exactly what is happening in those modes.
One useful example: filter the report by No Answer Ring value to see what a caller's experience is when their call is not answered within your defined number of rings.

Navigate to Reports in the Sidebar Menu. -

Click on Call Handling Modes under the User Call Handling Modes data source instance.

Click Edit on the report to apply any filters you'd like, then run the report.

Try running a filter against the No Answer Rings value. This lets you search for call handling modes with greater than or less than a certain number of rings before the call forwards to the No Answer Destination. For example, a manager can use this to find all call handling modes that ring more than 4 times before forwarding to voicemail.
