Audible and Visual Thresholds on Real Time Dashboards

We know that when your team is approaching configured thresholds, the chances are you might miss the visual changes to your dashboards that indicate your first warnings and alerts. That is why we've enhanced our Threshold Alerts to now include audio alerts that trigger based on your configuration. This will help you and your team proactively manage resources, deploy resources, and distribute workloads before you exceed your service levels.

   In your Dashboard Menu, navigate to the pencil below the dashboard tab you want to set the threshold on.

   Click the 3 dots on the Real Time chart and select Chart Options.

   In Chart Options, click the Alerts (thresholds) button.

   Click Add Alert and adjust the alert as desired (colors, location, etc.). Then check the Audio Notification button and choose the specific tone you would like to play. You can preview tones by clicking the play button next to the dropdown.

   Setting an Audio Notification will also trigger a visual indicator showing which chart and value the audible threshold alert is coming from:
