Required Permissions Level: Dashboard and Reports Creator
We know that some of you run detailed reports from our services, or have reports set up for scheduled delivery that can get pretty lengthy — some with tens of thousands of records in a single report! Sifting through those to find outliers or values that exceed your targets can be difficult. That's exactly why we've added a Visual Threshold configurator to our detailed reports, allowing you to apply custom formats to flag critical information so you and your team can quickly key into the most important data.

In your Sidebar Menu, navigate to the Reports page. -

Choose any Detail Report that uses a detail Data Source Instance. Depending on your platform you may have different detail report options than shown below. -

Select Fields to reveal all available Dimensions, Values, Columns, and Rows. -

Choose which Value you want to trigger threshold formatting by clicking the 3 dots menu next to the value and choosing Add to Values. Once added, click the 3 dots menu again and choose Add Threshold.
In the example below, 4 interactions from today's time interval exceeded the Warning Threshold:

The configuration of thresholds is driven by the type of data in the chosen Dimension or Value. In the example above, minutes are shown because that is the unit applied to the Call Duration value. In the example below, a Text Threshold is applied to trigger on a Call Type of "Inbound":
- Multiple Threshold triggers can be configured per detail-level report.
- Formatting will carry through in exported or sent reports delivered via email in PDF and/or Excel formats (not CSV).
