Real Time - MIVOICE Connect Contact Center (MVCCC): Agents and Licensing Utilization

Brightmetrics has added a Real Time Dashboard data source instance to give your organization visibility into your current and maximum licensing utilization for Mitel MiVoice Connect Contact Center (MVCCC, formerly ShoreTel ECC).

To add this chart, follow the same standard steps covered in our Create Chart tutorial video. In the Data Selection Menu:

   For Data Source Group, select Mitel (ShoreTel) Real Time.

   For Data Source Instance, select MVCCC (ShoreTel ECC) Real Time System Status.

   In Chart Options, configure your chart settings and add chart values as desired.

   Important

   You must select at least one System IP Address under Filters. Most MVCCC deployments have one server, but some have more — in those cases, you may want to filter to all or a specific server's licensing data.

   

   Note

   Consider setting audio and visual threshold alerts on this chart to notify you when you're approaching defined licensing thresholds. See our article on Audible Thresholds on Real Time Dashboards for details.
