The Cradle to Grave view lets you go beyond the numbers on your dashboard. Instead of seeing only aggregated data, you can click into any chart and follow a single interaction all the way through -- from the moment a call entered your organization to its final resolution. This is especially useful for spotting patterns, investigating outliers, or understanding exactly what happened on a specific call.
You can access Cradle to Grave data by clicking the magnifying glass in the top-right corner of a summary-level chart.

While viewing your dashboard (not in edit mode), click the magnifying glass in the top-right corner of the chart. This opens the Dashboard Chart Summary page. -

On the summary page, click the + icon to the left of any dimension to drill into the detail report. If there are no dimensions in the Rows or Columns, you will need to add some before you can drill in. -

In the detail report, click on any interaction to open the Cradle to Grave report.
To see details for any block in the Cradle to Grave, click on the time block and the details will expand below.
