Accidentally deleting a dashboard or report can happen, and when it does, Brightmetrics Support can attempt to restore it for you.
How to request a restore
Contact Brightmetrics Support at support@brightmetrics.com. Include the name or details of the deleted dashboard or report in your request.
After we receive your request, our team will attempt to restore the deleted dashboard or report and will follow up with you in your support ticket to let you know the outcome.
Note
Restoration is only possible for recently deleted dashboards and reports. If significant time has passed since the deletion, we may not be able to recover it.
