Once completed, reach out to Brightmetrics support at support@brightmetrics.com so we can complete the final step on our end. Brightmetrics will then begin importing and leveraging MiTAI data. Your existing dashboards and reports will continue to work — just leveraging better data on the back end. You'll also still be able to access historical SMDR data from prior to this change. Brightmetrics seamlessly switches between SMDR and MiTAI when you're doing analysis for longer time intervals.

If you have any questions or issues, email support@brightmetrics.com and we'll jump in to help.
