Mitel MiVB or MiCC
Company Administrator
To integrate Brightmetrics with Mitel Interaction Recording (MIR/ASC) and access call recordings, the MIR environment must include Search & Replay API licensing.
Mitel offers this API access in two licensing models. Customers may use either license type based on how they prefer to manage access and licensing within their MIR deployment. Before proceeding, confirm that at least one of these licenses is active in your Mitel environment.
| 51310836 — Per System | MIR Search & Replay API System License. Applied at the system level — enables Search & Replay API access across the MIR environment without requiring individual user licenses. |
| 51310500 — Per User | MIR Search & Replay API Toolbox User License. Assigned to individual MIR users — API access is granted on a per-user basis and recording access follows the permissions of that user. |
Both licensing models support the Search & Replay API functionality required for Brightmetrics. The primary difference is how access is scoped (per user vs. per system), not the API capability itself.

For Call Recording Credentials, choose one of the following options:
System-wide Everyone who uses Brightmetrics accesses recordings using the same credentials — all users will see the same recordings. Per-user Each user enters their own MIR/ASC credentials the first time they access a Cradle-to-Grave report. Recording permissions follow that user's individual permissions. -

Click Save.
Now that the call recording integration is set up, you can drill down to a Cradle-to-Grave report on any call that has a recording. You will see a media player at the bottom of the dialog box where you can play the recording or download it by clicking the download icon. If set to per-user credentials, recording visibility follows each user's permissions.
